How do I return a defective product?Great care is taken in the sourcing, creation, and shipping of every Nancy von Riesen product. We exercise stringent quality assurance procedures throughout the process. In the unlikely event of a defect or damage during shipping, we will replace your item or provide you with store/site credit for any item returned in clean and unused condition. Can I cancel my order?Orders can be canceled within two days for a full refund, including applicable taxes.
Cashmere is a luxurious and delicate fiber. We recommend:
- Styles with silk embellishment: dry clean only
- Styles with crystal embellishment: hand wash only.
- All other styles may be hand washed or dry cleaned.
Hand washing instructions:
- Use cold water with gentle soap.
- Wrap the garment in a towel and press gently.
- Lay flat to dry.
- If necessary, use a warm iron with a pressing cloth. NEVER USE A HOT IRON.
